Terms of Use Agreement

This Terms of Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Assistant Creator, (“Company”, “we” or “us”) and governs your use of the Assistant Creator service (the “Service”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Service.

License

Assistant Creator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Service for your own personal or commercial use. You may not modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.

Ownership

The Service is owned and copyrighted by Assistant Creator. Your license confers no title or ownership in the Service and is not a sale of any rights in the Service. All rights, title and interest in and to the Service, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of Assistant Creator.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for your own personal or commercial use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Assistant Creator makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the Service, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Service and related documentation are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of Liability

Assistant Creator shall not be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or any other damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service. In no event will Assistant Creator be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Service. Assistant Creator may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter. No amendment to or modification of this Agreement will be binding unless in writing and signed by Assistant Creator.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
